About Me

I’m Abiola Muhammed-Ogunfowora, a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to helping people restore balance, find clarity, and live with purpose. I work in private practice, offering a safe and respectful space where clients can explore their challenges in a way that honours their whole self.

In my practice, I hold space for the whole of who you are — your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and the deeper part of you that seeks meaning and direction. I see therapy as a shared journey: one that is grounded in trust, compassion, and respect, where you can explore your struggles without fear of judgment, and rediscover the values that anchor you.I believe that every person carries an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and wisdom. I draw on an integrative framework, blending evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic and Integrative Therapy.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-worth issues. I value the uniqueness of each person’s life while empowering them to draw on their own strengths and inner resources.
